The Hammond Redevelopment Commission has released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the final 3 residential lots at Clark Field, Hammond’s hot new area for residential. These highly coveted lots are located on the footprint of the former Fire Station #2, before a new state-of-the-art station was built just south on Calumet Ave. Formally the athletic fields for Clark High School, this prime location is already home to 35 new owners, who are in the midst of building their forever homes.
