CATEGORY: Community Development, News

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Hammond amended its PY2019 Annual Action Plan and PY2017-2021 Consolidated Plan to allocate $1,665,837 of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and $1,284,396 of Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the CARES Act.
