September 18, 2014 – School City of Hammond
Kramer & Leonard, an office supply store in Chesterton, Indiana, donated 70 school supply kits to the School City of Hammond. Each kit contained about 25 school supply items, including construction paper, colored pencils, crayons, folders, a composition book, pens, mechanical pencils, glue stick, ruler, stickers, bookmark, notebook, pen and pencil grips. The items will be distributed to homeless students in the School City of Hammond and students at Haven House Domestic Shelter.
This is the first year that the School City of Hammond has been the recipient of school supplies from Kramer & Leonard.
