The City of Hammond, Department of Planning and Development is in the process of preparing its 2022-2023 budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Community Housing and Development Organization (CHDO).
Applications will be available beginning September 7, 2021. Application must be completed and return to the Department of Planning and Development, 5925 Calumet Ave, Suite #314, Hammond, IN 46320 by September 30th, 2021. Any application received after September 30th, 2021, will not be considered for funding.
