Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. has announced that the official Trick-or-Treat hours for Halloween will take place on Friday, October 31, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In conjunction with the citywide festivities, the Hammond Sportsplex is excited to host its first-ever Persons with Disabilities Halloween Party during regular trick-or-treating hours. This inclusive celebration will feature Halloween-themed crafts, candy, music, and more — providing a fun, safe, and accessible environment for all.
The event will be held at the Hammond Sportsplex, located at 6630 Indianapolis Blvd., Hammond, IN 46323, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Following the party, everyone is invited to keep the fun going at the Sportsplex Halloween Bash from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., featuring music, dancing, and festive Halloween fun for all ages.
