Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and the Hammond Parks and Recreation Department are excited to announce the return of the annual Flower Giveaway.

Hammond residents! Mark your calendars and head to the Hammond Civic Center for the Flower Giveaway on May 10th. Doors open at 9am. The event runs until 2pm or while supplies last.
Participants will be asked to show a valid ID with a Hammond address.
