City Seeks Proposals for “Westlake Train Station” Project

The City of Hammond is seeking qualified firms to design a new Downtown Hammond NICTD Westlake Train Station at Russell Street in Hammond, Indiana. The Request for Proposals describes the programming features necessary to meeting the City’s needs for a new train station. The design must be in compliance with NICTD’s requirements for station design including train platform shelter and compliance with Federal, State and local laws.
