The City of Hammond Homeowner Emergency Repair Program provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners for urgent repairs that pose a threat to the health and safety of a home’s occupants. Qualified homeowners may receive up to $5,000 in deferred loan assistance for eligible emergency repairs.
