The City of Hammond hosts our annual 219 Day party themed, “Year of the Rat” for the Chinese Zodiac calendar on Saturday, February 15 at the Hammond Civic Center from 6-11pm. Attendees have the chance to participate in fun trivia games and have a chance to break the rat piñata! Live entertainment, region food and craft beer will be served. This is a 21 and over event.
