The City of Hammond, Department of Planning and Development is in the process of preparing its 2018-2019 budget for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) and Community Housing and Development Organization (CHDO).
Applications will be available beginning September 11, 2017. Application must be completed and return to the Department of Planning and Development, 5925 Calumet Ave, Suite #115, Hammond, IN 46320 by October 27th, 2017. Any application received after October 27th, 2017, will not be considered for funding.
