Park Board Meeting will include Electronic Access

The below meeting of the Hammond Board of Park Commissioners (“Park Board”) was previously noticed per I.C. 5-14-1.5-5, however, this notice is to further advise the public that pursuant to Executive Order 20-04 and subsequent orders issued by Governor Eric J. Holcomb and Executive Order 2020-04 and subsequent orders issued by Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. the Park Board shall be conducting this meeting by electronic means only and no members will be physically present.

If any member of the public wishes to attend the meeting electronically, the meeting will be available on Zoom, which can be accessed for free on the internet at and then click the “Join a Meeting” tab followed by the meeting ID 849 2980 4175 (no password is required). Alternatively, clicking this link will take you directly to the meeting. You can also download the free Zoom app to your smartphone and join the meeting via the Zoom app on your smart phone. You will be directed to the waiting room and your audio will be muted during the meeting. You may also direct any questions for public comment to the Administrator, Mark Heintz at before 4 p.m. on the date of the meeting.
