Small Business Resiliency Program Application

Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and The City of Hammond have created a Small Business Resiliency Program that will provide financial assistance to small for-profit businesses directly affected by revenue loss resulting from COVID-19. The program is available to City of Hammond businesses that have 50 or less employees, who can demonstrate a decrease in revenue as a result of COVID-19. Eligible businesses will receive a grant for up to $10,000 for business-related expenses. Funding can only be used for eligible operating expenses. Award amounts are subject to funds availability and the discretion of the Resiliency Review Committee.
  • Program open until June 26th.
  • Business Profit/Loss statement is required.
  • Available to Hammond For-Profit businesses in a commercial area only.
  • Must have 50 employees or less.
  • Up to $10,000.00 will be granted.
